One of the most significant features of Qin Ai painting is her tendency to use animals —particularly elk—as subjects, rather than people. The animals are the relflection of illusion in the real world. In Stolen Scenery I (2016), it recalls Qin’s about the style and art appoarch of her previous works, she has once mentioned : this painting obviously has some similarities to the works I created in 2015 , but I have a small transfromation on the compositon of space design and a play of illusion. Again, this painting for me is a voice to doubt about the complexity of human relationships in the real world.
