“Gestures” by Will Clift

Ora-Ora welcomes back Will Clift to have his second solo show with us in Hong Kong since 2007. One of the most famous artists from Sante Fe, U.S., Will Clift is bringing us his latest series of sculptures, with a focus on his popular Enclosing Forms and brand new suspended pieces. Like lyrical, fluid gestural drawings floating in mid air, his highly polished wooden sculptures hold together not by nails or glue or meticulous calculations, but the artist’s intuition towards forms and balance. As they are expressive of the Will Clift’s talent and inner feelings, they also emanate a moving sense of grace and serendipity.
